The location was excellent, offering beautiful views and convenient access to the main street. It's just a short walk to the gallery, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area.

the hotel was fairly clean, facilities were modern, marvellous location close to shopping centre, local shops and eating venues and benalla. the staff were gorgeous, and the private parking was available. the stay was fantastic.

It has excellent and perfect location adjacent to that area. A special thanks to supper friendly and extremely accommodating staff. We will be returning here soon, everything was excellent;)))

Everything was fantastic! the wifi was excellent, and I really had no complaints. the location was great, just a short distance from the town center. the staff here were super helpful, which made a big difference. We especially enjoyed the Chinese food at the restaurant. 🍜.

The location here is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the center and a supermarket, all in a really nice area. Plus, it's not far from North Entrance Beach either! 🏖️.

The twin room is stylish and spacious. Its location near the Winton race track is fantastic and convenient. It's within easy reach of local restaurants, including the wonderful North East Artisans gallery and shop, as well as a highly recommended Chinese restaurant.

I love staying here! the staff once helped me return my lost sim cards. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. I always return for holidays and have no regrets!

They served us toast and eggs in the morning, which was a nice touch. Plus, the location is super convenient, right in the heart of town! 🍳.

I really got great value for my money at this motel. the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, plus the location made it super easy to explore shops and take a stroll by the river. the staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

The food for breakfast could have included more variety in the options.

The room was of reasonable size and clean. The location was also good, being close to the main shopping street and some fast food and liquor outlets. Walking to the shops was easy and convenient, and there was a small outdoor pool which was a plus.

The air conditioning system was quite slow to cool down the room, and it was unpleasantly warm upon arrival. The room could have benefited from having the air conditioning on before guest arrival, making the entrance more pleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the main shopping centre and all the local shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the dining-in room breakfast, which was delicious and convenient. The leisure swimming pool was also a great added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The hotel's location was great, very close to the city centre and near a variety of shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean with modern facilities, like the neat bathroom and comfortable bed. the breakfast was huge, and a variety of tea and coffee were available in the room, along with other amenities.

The lighting in the room wasn't great, and the natural lighting was quite limited.

The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and of high quality. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. The room was quiet and well-maintained. The in-room breakfast was delicious, sizable, and reasonably priced. an unbeatable option for staying in Benalla.

The parking was convenient, and we enjoyed the use of the pool. The breakfast menu was extensive, and the food was delicious.

The location of the hotel was fantastic as we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions of the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed. we really enjoyed the pool area as it was well-maintained and provided a great space to relax and cool off on a hot day.

there was some noise from people smoking near the pool area which was a bit unpleasant, especially if you were in a room close by.
